Content Guidelines

As this is a university-hosted event that welcomes attendees of all ages, sexually explicit imagery or adult content is strictly prohibited. All displayed and sold artwork must be appropriate for a general audience. The event organizers reserve the right to request removal of any items deemed inappropriate.

There is no charge for this inaugural event.

There is also no guarantee that the committee
will accept your application.

There are approximately 24 booth spaces available.

Space Provided: Each vendor will receive:

One 6′ × 2′ table
Two chairs
8′ × 8′ space for setup

Booth applications will run until January 31, 2026.

Important Notes:

Vendors are responsible for their own setup and take down (no support from OTaosuCon staff).

You must also ensure that your booth is staffed throughout the event hours.
