Community/Educational Group Information

Content Guidelines

As this is a university-hosted event that welcomes attendees of all ages, sexually explicit imagery or adult content is strictly prohibited. All displayed content must be appropriate for a general audience. The event organizers reserve the right to request the removal of any items deemed inappropriate.

Welcome!
We’re excited to partner with community organizations, educational institutions, and charitable groups to make OTaosuCon a meaningful event for all attendees. We are continually seeking to develop robust partnerships to strengthen college and career pathways for the future media makers of Northern New Mexico!

There is no charge for this inaugural event. However, there is no guarantee that the committee will accept your application. Space is limited and applications will be reviewed based on mission alignment and community benefit.

Approximately 6 community group spaces are available.

Space Provided: Each group will receive:

  • One 6′ × 2′ table
  • Two chairs
  • 10′ × 10′ space for setup
 
Booth applications will run until January 31, 2026.

Important Notes:

  • Organizations are responsible for their own setup and take down (no support from OTaosuCon staff)
  • Your space must be staffed throughout the event hours
  • Groups may distribute information, conduct activities, and engage with attendees within appropriate guidelines
